- Roof Replacement - 10 buildings with 566 squares.
Installed a base, 2-ply IV and capped it with modified.
- Driveways (Approximately 80,000 sq. ft.) - Overlaid
the entire parking lot with asphalt, seal coat and
stripe.
- Boiler Replacement - For 150 Units - Installed two new gas boilers.
- Exterior Lighting - Installed approximately 70-100
exterior lights throughout the property.
- Wood Replacement - Replaced all rotted wood throughout
property - including fascia, soffit, trim, etc.
- Sidewalk and Landing Repairs - Installed approximately
4,500 sq. ft. of missing or damaged sidewalks. Replaced
and repaired approx. 2,000 sq. ft. of landing concrete.
- Fencing - Replaced approximately 490 LF of patio fencing along
street with gates. Replaced approximately 2,500 LF of patio fencing
along the interior and exterior of the property with gates.
- Mailboxes - Installed new mailboxes and repaired existing station.
- Appliances - Supplied 50 sets of appliances for missing or damaged apartments.
- HVAC - Supplied 50 package units for missing or
damaged apartments.
